www.getmerooms.co.uk (referred in different sections of the document as the ‘Agent’), is the subsidiary of FLIGHTS & HOLIDAYS UK LTD. owner of several booking portals offering exclusive travel services, (referred herein the ‘online portal’) and all related partner websites, operating global booking service for hotel reservations, hotel deals and equivalent accommodations in budget hotels and luxury hotels categories, and travel services (e.g. holiday homes), known in the document as ‘ACCOMMODATIONS/ACCOMMODATION/HOTEL/HOTELS’. All the 3rd service Providers in the document shall alternatively be referred to as SERVICE PROVIDER or PROVIDER.

1. Scope of Services

1.1. These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Getmerooms—whether directly or through third parties—via the web, mobile apps, email, or phone. We may update these terms from time to time.

1.2. By using our platform, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, including our use of cookies.

2. Services & Contracts

2.1. Getmerooms allows users to compare offers from third-party travel providers.

2.2. For some listings, users may be able to book directly through the provider’s website. In these cases:

  • Bookings are made on third-party sites, not on Getmerooms.
  • Getmerooms is not the travel provider and does not enter into any booking contracts with users.
  • Any contractual claims related to bookings must be made directly with the third-party site, not with Getmerooms.

2.3. These terms are independent of any agreement users may have with the accommodation provider.

3. Booking and Hotel Reservations

3.1. Each booking is given to the individual Provider through the Agent, who works as a beneficiary for the benefit of the Customer. To guarantee smooth booking handling, it is fundamental that the data given by the Customer (for example, dates of the stay, contact details) is right and complete.

3.2. The most appropriate and conceivable time for the Customer for the hotel reservations is indicated and varies depending on the kind of reservation. 5.6. Getmerooms.co.uk is not legally bound to complete the hotel reservation process, and we are also not responsible in any way for causing errors or faults with respect to the hotel room services engendered by the respective provider. Here, the agent is not going to make any assurances of any kind about completing the suggestions or requests forwarded by the customer.

5.7. The entire warranty claims and the claims made against the compensation are limited by the means of the Statute of Limitations with the time expanse not exceeding 1 Year after the customer has become aware damages caused. However, such claims do not result from errors caused out of tort.

8. User Responsibilities

9. Termination

9.1. Getmerooms may suspend or delete accounts within one week of discovering improper use. Users can also terminate their accounts with one week’s notice. Immediate termination may occur for serious violations.
