www.getmerooms.co.uk (referred to in different sections of the document as the ‘Agent’), is the subsidiary of FLIGHTS & HOLIDAYS UK LTD, owner of several booking portals offering exclusive travel services (referred herein as the ‘online portal’). It operates a global booking service for hotel reservations and travel services, collectively referred to as ‘ACCOMMODATIONS/ACCOMMODATION/HOTEL/HOTELS’. All third-party service providers shall be referred to as SERVICE PROVIDER or PROVIDER.
1. Scope of Services
- 1.1. These Terms apply to all services provided by Getmerooms via web, apps, email, or phone. Terms may be updated over time.
- 1.2. By using the platform, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, including our use of cookies.
2. Services & Contracts
- 2.1. Getmerooms lets users compare offers from third-party travel providers.

2.2. For listings booked directly:
- Bookings occur on third-party sites, not on Getmerooms.
- Getmerooms is not a travel provider and holds no booking contracts.
- Contractual claims must be directed to the third-party site.
- 2.3. These Terms are independent of any agreement with the accommodation provider.
3. Booking and Hotel Reservations
- 3.1–3.8. This section details the process and legalities of bookings, use of credit cards, non-refundable policies, and the implications of late arrivals, incorrect user data, and reselling reservations. It outlines responsibilities for payment, credit card verification, and cancellation charges.
4. Changes and Cancellations of Room Accommodations
- 4.1–4.4. Customers must follow the Provider's and Agent's policies for cancellations or changes. These must be made via the Agent's portal and within the allowed time frame. Proof of cancellation is recommended. Abuse or repeated cancellations may lead to user bans or withheld bookings.
5. Warranty and Liability
- 5.1–5.7. Getmerooms is not liable for the accuracy of third-party content, review authenticity, or user-generated content. Warranty claims are limited to one year, and Getmerooms is not responsible for service performance or delivery by third-party Providers.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- 6.1. No guarantees on accuracy or completeness of third-party/user content.
- 6.2. Getmerooms is not responsible for booking issues, cancellations, or payments—these are handled by the Provider.
- 6.3. Content posted is not verified or edited by Getmerooms.
- 6.4. External content may change; we’re not liable for discrepancies.
- 6.5. We are not responsible for technical faults or maintenance outages.
7. Privacy & Communications
- 7.1. Your data is protected. See our Privacy Policy.
- 7.2. Data is collected lawfully and with your consent.
- 7.3. Payment data is processed securely.
- 7.4. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time via email instructions.
8. User Responsibilities
- 8.1. You’re responsible for content you upload—ensure you own rights.

9. Termination
- 9.1. Accounts may be suspended or deleted for violations. Users may also request account deletion with a one-week notice. Immediate bans may apply to serious breaches.
